**Job title** IT Technician Trainer (M/F) **Role Summary** Train candidates in proximity IT technician duties, covering daily user support, equipment deployment, and network infrastructure management. Deliver a 24‑day, project‑based curriculum across three sessions from October to January, working alongside a trinity of trainers. **Expectations** - Available for 6 consecutive weeks (4 days per week, Monday‑Thursday). - Cover the majority of the RCNP 40799 curriculum. - Prepare and teach practical exercises and course materials. - Coordinate cohort activities and liaise with fellow trainers. - Participate in ongoing pedagogical support and learner tracking. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and adapt instructional content, including exercises, case studies, and scenario hand‑outs. 2. Facilitate in‑person training sessions, employing hands‑on, project‑based learning. 3. Manage training logistics: scheduling, attendance, and progression of 10‑20 participants. 4. Coordinate with two co‑trainers to align lesson plans and training objectives. 5. Work with a pedagogical référent and project coordinator to monitor learner progress and outcome. 6. Support learners in troubleshooting and applying technical concepts. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement of the curriculum based on learner feedback and industry changes. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in infrastructure, operating systems, and network administration. - Strong knowledge of end‑user support and basic IT security practices. - Ability to teach complex technical concepts to adult learners with minimal theoretical instruction. - Excellent communication, classroom facilitation, and time‑management skills. - Experience with project‑based pedagogy and hands‑on training methodologies. - Ability to prepare clear, concise teaching materials and practical exercises. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Networking, Azure Fundamentals) preferred. - Completion of the French competency title RCNP 40799 (or equivalent knowledge of proximity IT technician responsibilities).
