Job Description
**Job title** Business Account Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Drive profitability and compliance for assigned accounts. Oversee client portfolio development, technical‑commercial offers, project execution, contract administration, cash‑flow reporting and safety compliance. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet productivity goals and contractual milestones. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent revenue growth and margin improvement. - Maintain high client satisfaction and long‑term relationships. - Lead and develop account teams, ensuring accountability and performance. - Enforce QSSE standards and execute preventive action plans. - Provide accurate, timely financial and operational reporting. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Client & Commercial Management** – Develop existing client portfolio; create and negotiate technical‑commercial proposals and economic variations. 2. **Project & Team Leadership** – Coordinate all project life‑cycle stages (studies, procurement, reviews); set schedules; monitor productivity; manage account teams. 3. **Contract Administration** – Review contract documents; track contractual deadlines; manage reservation events and traceability. 4. **Financial & Cash‑Flow Management** – Produce monthly reports on direct costs, sales, margin; issue billing requests; monitor collections to optimize cash flow. 5. **QSSE & Safety Oversight** – Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environment, and health (QSSE) rules; implement necessary preventive action plans. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B account management and sales experience. - Ability to draft and negotiate technical‑commercial proposals. - Strong project management and team‑leadership abilities. - Contract analysis and financial reporting proficiency. - Knowledge of cash‑flow management and cost control. - Familiarity with QSSE regulations and safety processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Organised, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 4–6 years of relevant account/project management experience. - Professional certifications preferred: PMP, Prince2, ISO 45001, or equivalent QSSE credentials.
