**Job Title**: Logistics Coordinator **Role Summary**: Coordinate the physical deployment, installation, and operational support of liquid‑cooled AI server racks in data center environments. Ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment with construction and tenant operations. **Expectations**: - Perform hands‑on logistics for high‑value AI infrastructure. - Maintain rigorous safety and operational standards during both construction and live operation phases. - Act as primary liaison between customers, construction crews, vendors, and data‑center tenants. **Key Responsibilities**: - Load, transport, and position liquid‑cooled AI server racks using forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and proper lifting equipment. - Receive, verify, and inspect shipments against packing lists; document damages. - Install racks per floor plans, cable routing, and coolant distribution unit (CDU) placement. - Connect coolant distribution units, power, network, and perform initial leak testing. - Coordinate installation schedules, progress updates, customer walkthroughs, and sign‑offs. - Interface with construction teams to sequence deployments and secure site access. - Coordinate with live‑operation tenants to minimize disruptions. - Follow coolant fluid handling and spill containment protocols. - Update inventory systems, take photos, complete checklists, and log connections. - Participate in daily construction meetings and operational briefings. - Manage security clearances and escort requirements. - Identify and report installation issues, coolant leaks, or equipment problems. **Required Skills**: - Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment. - Read floor plans, cable diagrams, and coolant routing schematics. - Basic server hardware and data‑center infrastructure knowledge. - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment. - Strong written and verbal communication for customer and contractor interaction. - Detail-oriented, capable of following technical procedures. - Comfortable in temperature‑controlled environments. **Required Education & Certifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1+ years experience in data‑center operations, warehouse logistics, or related technical environment. - Forklift certification (preferred). - OSHA 10/30 or equivalent construction site safety training (preferred). ---
