Job Description
Job Title: ERP/CRM Support Role Summary: Provide first‑line support for NetSuite ERP and evolving CRM systems, managing a high volume of user tickets, performing configuration and data tasks, and creating documentation to enhance user self‑service. Expectations: • Resolve tickets promptly and accurately, prioritising based on business impact. • Serve as a trusted contact across sales, operations, finance and purchasing teams. • Maintain accurate data import and management for sales prospecting. • Contribute to the stabilisation of a new CRM environment and provide feedback on processes. • Identify recurring issues and produce clear user guides. • Adapt to shifting priorities and communicate effectively with a diverse user base. Key Responsibilities: • Handle day‑to‑day ticket queue for ERP/CRM queries. • Conduct admin and configuration tasks in NetSuite and CRM. • Import, update, and cleanse data (e.g., exhibition leads, prospect lists). • Document issues, solutions, and best practices. • Liaise with small support team to share knowledge and manage peak demand. Required Skills: • Proven experience supporting ERP and/or CRM systems (preferably NetSuite). • Strong ticket‑management and prioritisation abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication, including support for non‑native English users. • Analytical problem‑solving and root‑cause investigation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • High attention to detail in data handling and documentation. • Agile, resilient mindset suitable for a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Relevant certifications (NetSuite Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
