Produce training material, quick‑start guides, and handover documentation. 8. Provide audit‑readiness evidence for ISO 9001 pre‑assessment. 9. Coordinate with UK‑based development, engineering, corporate teams, external consultants, and fund administrators. 10. Liaise with international IT colleagues for tooling and audit trails. **Required Skills** * Practical experience building ISO 9001 QMS from scratch (implementation, not necessarily audit status). * Strong policy & procedure authoring and process design. * Systems thinking and governance modeling. * Excellent stakeholder facilitation and concise written communication. * Familiarity with Yardi (job cost, commitments, change orders) and/or Procore, Aconex, SharePoint is a plus. * Business‑analysis and project‑management capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems or related discipline. * ISO 9001 Lead Implementer or similar certification preferred (auditor status not required). * Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is advantageous.
