**Job Title:** Salesforce CRM Administrator **Role Summary:** Manage and optimize the organization’s Salesforce platform, ensuring secure user access, data integrity, and functional alignment with sales, service, and management processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, training, and system enhancements. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable Salesforce administration and configuration with minimal downtime. - Maintain high data quality standards and timely reporting. - Provide proactive user assistance and training. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. - Customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflow automation. - Perform data imports, updates, deduplication, and regular data audits. - Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, service, and leadership teams. - Offer day‑to‑day user support, troubleshooting, and training on Salesforce features. - Gather requirements, design enhancements, and enforce best practices. **Required Skills:** - Strong expertise in Salesforce administration (users, security, customization, data management). - Proficiency with reports, dashboards, workflow rules, and process builder/Flow. - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred; additional Salesforce credentials a plus.
