Azure DevOps Delivery Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the administration, optimization, and strategic roadmap of enterprise delivery platforms (Azure DevOps, Jira, Power Platform, etc.). Drive analytics, automation, and self‑service reporting to enhance delivery transparency and efficiency across product and engineering teams.
**Expectations**

- Foster consistent Agile practices and tool adoption across dispersed teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own Azure DevOps and the broader delivery tooling ecosystem; manage day‑to‑day administration, permissions, and integrations.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Planview PPM Pro, and Monday.com.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, and Power Automate flows for reporting, intake, and workflow automation.
- Configure boards, workflows, and metrics for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe models; support backlog and board management best practices.
- Train and document tooling usage; enable consistent adoption across Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, identity, and vendor partners to ensure integrated, secure solutions.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and lead testing/validation of new features and integrations.
- Communicate platform strategy, updates, and risks to stakeholders; translate business requirements into technical configurations.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years’ experience administering Agile delivery tools in a product‑centric environment.
- Hands‑on administration of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (build dashboards, apps, and flows).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, WIP, cycle time).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Azure DevOps‑related certifications (preferred).
- Power Platform certifications: Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate (preferred).
- Agile delivery certifications (CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent) (preferred).
