**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager **Role Summary:** Contract (6 months) technical project manager responsible for governing project delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating internal teams and third‑party vendors. Works hybrid (2 days onsite) to define scope, plan schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with change‑control and documentation standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders. - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes. - Ensure comprehensive project documentation and audit trails. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and document project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders. - Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for seamless execution. - Monitor and report project status, risks, and issues; escalate as needed. - Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Influence decisions, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers. - Manage change control processes for scope, schedule, and resources. - Maintain RAID logs and ensure effective risk and issue management. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience with Agile, PRINCE2/DSDM, and other project management methodologies. - Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking, and collaboration. - Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation abilities. - Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives and third‑party vendors. - Expertise in creating high‑quality project documentation and audit trails. - Solid understanding of RAID management and change control processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master).
