**Job Title:**
Maintenance Coordination Manager – Telecommunications
**Role Summary:**
Leads and coordinates the transition of telecom infrastructure projects into operational maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, schedule, and client‑satisfaction targets. Acts as the bridge between engineering, operations, and maintenance teams, driving project organization, service level definition, and change management.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver structured project organization and reporting for maintenance handovers.
- Support the Project Manager as an AMOA on exploitation and maintenance topics.
- Define and validate operational service levels (SLA/OLA).
- Ensure seamless interface among project teams, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
- Validate maintenance hand‑over deliverables (tools, documentation, training, maintenance lots).
- Contribute to maintenance market strategy and system supervision design.
- Manage cross‑functional change impacts and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish project governance, management plans, and performance indicators for maintenance take‑over.
- Assist the Project Manager with AMOA duties related to operations and maintenance.
- Specify and validate maintenance organization structures and service level agreements.
- Act as primary liaison between project teams, system owners, and maintenance groups.
- Review and approve hand‑over packages, including tools, documentation, and training materials.
- Participate in system acceptance, commissioning, and service start‑up activities.
- Define and support the implementation of end‑to‑end system supervision and platform solutions.
- Ensure overall operational configuration of the telecom system is maintained.
- Coordinate internal and external actors (clients, operators, maintainers, project teams) during change initiatives.
- Evaluate operational impact of changes and manage service interruption requests.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of telecom architectures and infrastructure.
- Proficient in project management for IT/Telecom environments (planning, budgeting, risk assessment).
- Ability to structure project organizations and anticipate organizational impacts.
- Experience with maintenance hand‑over processes and engineering maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices (preferred).
- Excellent written communication and collaborative work skills.
- Capability to define, monitor, and report on KPIs and service level metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) desirable.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
