Job Title Partner 16 Front‑End Engineer Role Summary Drive the design, development, and delivery of user‑centric front‑end systems for internal investment and operations tools as well as external partner-facing products. Collaborate with product, design, and back‑end teams to build performant, secure, and scalable interfaces using modern web technologies. Expectations * Deliver new features rapidly with high quality, iterating based on user and stakeholder feedback. * Own the end‑to‑end process from conceptualization through production, including architecture, implementation, and testing. * Communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners, translating technical concepts into business value. * Advocate for best practices, maintain code elegance, and mentor less experienced engineers when required. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and code responsive UI components in React (React JS/React Native, Next JS). 2. Implement state management, routing, and data fetching using RESTful APIs (GraphQL optional). 3. Optimize front‑end performance and ensure cross‑browser compatibility. 4. Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate design specs into functional features. 5. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and team retrospectives. 6. Integrate with backend services and maintain secure data handling. 7. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance or usability issues. 8. Document components, patterns, and best practices for internal use. Required Skills * 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. * Proficiency in ReactJS/React Native, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. * Familiarity with RESTful API integration; GraphQL knowledge is a plus. * Strong problem‑solving ability and solid mathematical intuition. * Excellent communication, low ego, and high empathy for collaboration. * Experience with rapid iteration and maintaining code quality in a fast‑moving environment. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (preferred). * Equivalent practical experience may satisfy the education requirement. ---
