Job Description
Job Title: Pre-Project Engineer / Bid Manager - Nuclear Energy Role Summary: Lead technical and commercial proposal development for high-power backup generator projects in the nuclear energy sector. Expectations: Manage end-to-end tender processes, coordinate technical-commercial evaluation, and ensure alignment with client requirements and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requests, prepare strategic Go/NoGo decisions for sales teams. - Coordinate technical deliverables (specifications, plans, timelines) and consolidate cost estimates from internal teams. - Assess project risks (technical, industrial, contractual, financial, HSE) and collaborate with support functions. - Participate in commercial negotiations and transition contracts to project leaders for execution. Required Skills: - Multidisciplinary technical knowledge in process, electrical, and control systems. - Risk evaluation and strategic negotiation skills. - Cross-functional coordination and proactive proposal of solutions. - Strong communication abilities and international project management experience. - Fluency in English for global collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: Engineering degree (or equivalent) with proven experience in technical project management (preferably in industrial or energy sectors). Nuclear industry familiarity required, including quality management and regulatory standards.
