Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Client Services (Medical Affairs) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for a biopharma medical consultancy, acting as the primary client contact. Manage relationships, ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution, and drive new project acquisition while maintaining compliance with ABPI code. **Expectations** - Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations and regulatory standards. - Foster strong, long‑term client relationships and secure repeat business. - Work independently with limited oversight; contribute to strategic improvements in processes and systems. - Operate effectively in a remote, high‑performance team environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the main client liaison, addressing queries, providing status updates, and managing expectations. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (medical, regulatory, commercial) to execute project deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure all activities adhere to ABPI code, industry best practices, and client specifications. - Collaborate with the Head of Client Services to refine service offerings and improve operational efficiency. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios. - Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base for future reference. **Required Skills** - Proven project management experience in pharma, biotech, or medical agency settings. - Deep understanding of medical affairs, drug development, and ABPI code compliance. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite. - Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. - Experience or training in regulatory affairs or medical affairs is preferred.
