Job Description

**Job Title:** Industrial Systems Digitization Project Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Lead the digital transformation of manufacturing operations by integrating and optimizing the MES with SAP PP and other industrial control systems. Manage end‑to‑end projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless data flow between MES, SCADA, ERP, and production equipment. **Expectations:** - Drive cross‑functional project teams to deliver digital solutions on time and within scope. - Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and user adoption across production lines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct workshops and gather business requirements to produce functional specifications. - Design, configure, and test MES/SAP interfaces and related solutions. - Deploy applications to production lines, create operational procedures, and deliver user training. - Manage continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and functional/technical upgrades. - Provide operational support: incident analysis, bug resolution, KPI accuracy checks, and system troubleshooting. **Required Skills:** - Project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. - In‑depth knowledge of MES, SCADA, ERP (SAP PP) and industrial automation platforms. - Analytical mindset, problem‑solving, adaptability, and strong teamwork abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English proficiency is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Industry 4.0, Industrial Informatics, Automation, or Process Engineering. - Proven experience deploying MES or interfacing ERP with production systems. - Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant SAP/SCADA training are desirable.
