**Job Title:** Media Specialist – Open Opportunities (Integrated Media, Programmatic, SEM/SEO, Paid Social, Influencer, CTV/Video, etc.)
**Role Summary:**
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize digital media strategies for global brands. Leverage data, technology platforms, and creative insights to drive measurable performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
**Expectations:**

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Communicate performance insights clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement integrated media campaigns (programmatic, SEM/SEO, paid social, influencer, CTV/video, OOH, affiliate).
- Manage media budgets, pacing, and pacing adjustments to ensure optimal ROI.
- Conduct audience research, media mix modeling, and performance analytics.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and creative refreshes.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology teams to align messaging and execution.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed on platform updates, privacy regulations, and emerging ad formats.
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and new‑business development as needed.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and buying platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and reporting.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and translate into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project management ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with programmatic buying, ad verification, and brand safety standards.
- Creative problem‑solving and adaptability in fast‑changing environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred certifications: Google Ads Search & Display, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Programmatic Buying (e.g., IAB), Amazon Advertising, or similar.
