Leads a team of Java developers, mentors juniors, and ensures engineering excellence in a high‑traffic digital delivery environment. **Expectations** - Deliver robust, secure, and scalable services. - Mentor and support a Java development team. - Drive continuous improvement in coding standards, testing, and deployment processes. - Communicate technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders. - Maintain high availability and performance of application platforms. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead, coach, and support Java development team. 2. Design and implement internal and external APIs. 3. Develop automated test suites; contribute to CI/CD pipelines. 4. Provide second‑line technical support for critical platforms. 5. Deliver and enhance server‑side web applications and backend services. 6. Communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. 7. Perform system administration and configuration management tasks. 8. Process large data sets, ensuring robust, scalable storage and analysis. 9. Build and maintain high‑traffic web applications with strong architectural practices. 10.
