Job Description: **Job Title:** Systems Integration Architect (Embedded Systems) **Role Summary:** Lead the design, architecture, and technical execution of complex embedded electronic systems for aerospace and defense clients. Drive technical decisions, interface integration, and solution security within multidisciplinary projects, collaborating closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver architecture that meets client needs and regulatory standards. - Provide technical leadership and resolve issues proactively. - Communicate effectively across hardware, software, and mechanical domains. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyse client requirements and translate them into system architecture. - Draft and allocate business specifications for system components. - Participate in RFP responses and technical proposals. - Manage project technical aspects, guiding the engineering team’s decisions. - Define and enforce V‑model practices: configuration management, definition files, reviews, and change control. - Secure development processes and anticipate technical risks. - Ensure seamless integration of multi‑disciplinary interfaces (HW‑SW‑MECA). - Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years in embedded electronics development and system design. - Strong understanding of the V‑model lifecycle and configuration management. - Experience with multi‑disciplinary interface integration (hardware, software, mechanical). - Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor teams. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills. - Familiarity with aerospace/defense industry standards and practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in system architecture or project management (e.g., PMP, ISO 26262, DO-178C) are a plus.
