Job Description
**Job title** Design Production Intern (Spring) **Role Summary** Support creative project delivery from concept to final assets in a boutique agency setting. Manage design coordination, quality control, and production logistics while liaising with internal teams and external vendors. Contribute to diverse deliverables including events, experiential launches, and digital campaigns. **Expectations** - Work 20‑25 hours per week on a flexible, hybrid schedule. - Act as a liaison between designers, project managers, suppliers, and clients. - Maintain project documentation, timelines, and asset tracking. - Deliver quality‑checked creative assets within agreed deadlines. - Exhibit initiative, organization, and adaptability across multiple time zones. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist with internal and external design projects (print, signage, lower thirds, titles). - Perform quality control and cross‑checks of multimedia assets. - Draft and update project documents (slide decks, agendas, trackers, minutes). - Coordinate meeting schedules, note‑taking, and client communication. - Research and book suppliers, freelancers, and software resources. - Manage onboarding and payment paperwork with finance and contracting teams. - Track licenses and usage of stock assets, music, and other media. - Organize and maintain design files and hard drive backups. - Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide fresh ideas. - Collaborate with production, technical, and events departments. - Adapt communication style for global teammates across time zones. **Required Skills** - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (basic proficiency). - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Calm under pressure and open to constructive feedback. - Initiative and willingness to take on ad‑hoc design tasks. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Production, Visual Communication, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; coursework in design or production preferred.
