**Job title**
Lead DevOps (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Architect, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and containerized infrastructures while ensuring security, monitoring, and operational excellence across the software delivery lifecycle.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven ability to drive technical decisions, collaborate with development teams, and operate autonomously.
- Strong focus on security, scalability, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, automate, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Manage and optimize Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems.
- Contribute to system architecture and scalability decisions.
- Ensure security and compliance across all environments.
- Maintain and evolve application servers (NGINX, MongoDB, etc.).
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, MongoDB, and NGINX.
- Advanced CI/CD tooling experience (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of security best practices, scaling strategies, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a detail‑oriented, autonomous mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Administrator, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) are a plus.
