**Job Title**
IT Transformation Consultant
**Role Summary**
Drive digital and IT transformation initiatives for clients in insurance and industrial sectors. Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and deliver functional specifications, process models, and testing plans that align IT solutions with business needs.
**Expectations**
- 3‑7 years of experience in IT project management (AMOA, PMO, PM, PO).
- Strong command of Agile practices and international project environments.
- Operational English proficiency.
- Background in banking, insurance, or industrial clientele preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead workshops to elicit user and business requirements with business owners and product owners.
- Prepare steering committee agendas, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Own portfolios of IT and business projects, coordinating deliverables with stakeholders.
- Draft functional specifications to populate and prioritize product backlogs.
- Model business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document business logic.
- Monitor tasks, budgets, schedules, and risk registers to ensure on‑track delivery.
- Produce training materials, minutes, and status reports for end‑users and executives.
- Design, build, and present KPI dashboards and reporting metrics.
- Create and execute functional, integration, and regression test plans.
- Administer and optimize use of project tools (e.g., Clarity, Triskell, Salesforce).
**Required Skills**
- Project management (plan, execute, monitor, close).
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and stakeholder facilitation.
- Functional specification writing and backlog grooming.
- Process mapping and business analysis.
- Risk, schedule, and budget control.
- KPI design and reporting.
- Test plan development and execution.
- Tool administration (project management, CRM, BI tools).
- English language proficiency, written and spoken.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master/Product Owner) are advantageous but not mandatory.
