Drive customer engagement, operational excellence, and value realization while building strong relationships with plant leaders and stakeholders. Expactations: • Ensure successful deployment and sustained use of the platform across mid‑market and enterprise sites. • Monitor customer health, proactively mitigate risks, and identify upsell opportunities. • Foster long‑term partnerships that translate into measurable process improvements and ROI. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities and support sales pipeline. • Translate customer challenges into actionable, scalable solutions in collaboration with Product, Support, and Account Management teams. • Maintain deep expertise in Poka’s features and industry best practices to continuously optimize value delivery. • Conduct regular health check visits (≈2 per quarter) and drive adoption initiatives through workshops, training, and feedback loops. • Lead project coordination, timeline management, and cross‑functional communication for successful outcomes.
