Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Description: Job title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Deliver insights and solutions for UK public sector projects, leveraging experience in discovery and live product delivery across multi‑functional teams. Expectations: Apply recent UK public sector BA experience to analyse business needs, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and support both discovery phases and ongoing product enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and business process mapping. - Support live product teams by gathering user requirements, drafting functional specifications, and validating solutions. - Coordinate with user research, interaction design, service design, and product teams to ensure alignment and quality. - Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across central government agencies. - Document findings, produce clear artefacts, and present recommendations to decision‑makers. Required Skills: - 3+ years of Business Analyst experience within UK central government. - Proven ability to work on both discovery and live product/service projects. - Strong facilitation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (field unspecified). - Right to work in the UK.
