Job Title: IT Receiving Analyst Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, receipt, tagging, inventory control, shipping, data entry, and disposal. Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow or SAP and reconcile physical inventory with system data. Expactations: - 1–3 years in IT asset management, logistics, or inventory operations. - Proven experience using ServiceNow or SAP for asset tracking and data entry. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage serial numbers and asset status accurately. Key Responsibilities: - Tag, label, and register incoming IT hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals). - Package, ship, and receive equipment, ensuring documentation is complete and handling is safe. - Maintain the asset inventory area, keeping equipment organized and traceable. - Process equipment returns, swaps, recycling, and disposal per policy. - Enter and update asset details in ServiceNow or SAP (serial numbers, models, locations, owners, lifecycle status). - Log assignments, transfers, disposals, and refresh activity in a timely manner. - Reconcile asset lists with physical inventory; investigate and correct discrepancies. - Generate reports on usage, lifecycle stages, inventory levels, and compliance metrics. - Coordinate deployments for new hires, refresh cycles, and replacement orders. Required Skills: - Expertise in ServiceNow or SAP asset management modules. - Excellent organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills. - Strong communication and customer‑service orientation. - Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced operations environment. - Knowledge of asset lifecycle processes and recycling workflows (preferred). Job Description
Job Title: Senior Data Analyst / Power BI Developer Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of data and analytics for the Cyber Division, delivering solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Responsibilities include data ingestion, semantic modeling, reporting, governance, secure API integration, and AI‑enhanced insights. Expectations: Design trusted data pipelines, build high‑impact, performance‑optimized reports, implement secure data refresh, architect Copilot Studio agents, and promote responsible AI governance. Serve as subject‑matter expert and mentor for Cyber stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data ingestion pipelines within Microsoft Fabric (Workspaces, Notebooks, Pipelines, OneLake, SQL analytics). • Model data using DAX, create semantic layers, and optimize reports with Power BI Performance Analyzer. • Develop secure, reliable API connections (OAuth2, API keys); handle pagination, throttling, and on‑premises data gateway configuration. • Build Copilot Studio agents for data‑question answering and workflow automation via Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph; enforce RBAC, DLP, and responsible AI practices. • Use Copilot in Power BI for faster authoring and insight summaries. • Apply governance standards (endorsement, certification, lineage) and promote responsible AI guidelines. • Deliver knowledge transfer and skill development to Cyber colleagues; act as SME in data and analytics. • Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate solution adoption.
