Job Description: Job Title: AI Solution Architect/Designer Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Lead end‑to‑end AI strategy, governance, and architecture to enable scalable, responsible AI adoption across the organization. Expectations: - Drive short‑ and long‑term AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Deliver quantified ROI and KPI frameworks for continuous performance tracking. - Champion responsible AI practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance. - Recommend cloud‑native architectures and MLOps pipelines that support rapid deployment and extension. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute AI adoption roadmaps for operational and strategic use cases. - Define KPI dashboards and ROI models to quantify business value and technical success. - Create governance frameworks covering data strategy, compliance, and responsible AI principles. - Evaluate business value and technical feasibility of AI use cases to prioritize initiatives. - Design scalable architectures for AI platforms, data pipelines, and integration patterns. - Advise on cloud‑based AI solutions, selecting appropriate services and MLOps practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with product strategy and infrastructure. Required Skills: - Proven experience in AI strategy development and implementation. - Expertise in KPI/ROI measurement and analytics. - Strong understanding of AI governance, data strategy, and responsible AI frameworks. - Ability to assess business valuation and technical feasibility of AI projects. - Design of scalable AI architectures, data pipelines, and integration patterns. - Hands‑on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps tools. - Excellent stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications in AI, cloud platforms, or MLOps are highly desirable.
