Job Title: Account Executive – SaaS Role Summary: Drive B2B SaaS sales by engaging industrial clients and IT decision‑makers, identifying opportunities, and closing deals independently. Expectations: • Autonomy in prospecting and pipeline management • Proactive, data‑driven approach • Strong listening and analytical skills Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and acquire new industrial accounts • Conduct needs‑analysis and solution presentations to CIOs/CTOs • Build relationships with decision‑makers and influence purchase decisions • Negotiate contracts and close sales within targets • Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure client success Required Skills: • Proven SaaS sales experience (minimum 3–5 years) • Understanding of industrial customer landscape • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) • No mandatory certifications required.
