**Job Title:** Business Development Manager – Brand Partnerships **Role Summary:** Lead the acquisition and management of high‑value brand partnerships for a charity focused on youth development. Drive strategic, six‑figure deals with consumer and leisure brands, collaborating with internal commercial, marketing, and senior leadership to create tailored partnership proposals that align with the organization’s mission. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed partnership revenue targets. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective brand partners. - Deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that demonstrate the impact of purpose‑driven collaborations. - Work cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements. - Represent the organization professionally with external stakeholders and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, prospect, and secure new strategic brand partnerships worth six‑figure revenues. - Develop and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle: from brief response to contract negotiation and handover. - Create customized partnership concepts and marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and youth impact goals. - Prepare and present persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and reports to senior leadership and potential partners. - Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics. - Collaborate with brand, youth marketing, and commercial teams to refine partnership opportunities and ensure delivery. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategy. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record of securing large‑scale B2B partnerships (minimum 6‑figure deals). - Strong commercial acumen with ability to understand and articulate ROI for partners. - Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities. - Outstanding written and verbal communication, including presentation and negotiation skills. - Creative thinking to develop purpose‑driven campaign concepts. - Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM and sales pipeline tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Demonstrated experience (3–5+ years) in business development, partnership acquisition, or commercial sales, preferably within the non‑profit, cause‑related, or consumer/leisure sectors. - No specific certifications required; relevant industry training is a plus.
