**Job Title** Product Manager, Agent Deployment **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end deployment of AI agents and Operators into enterprise financial and insurance environments. Drive the transition from concept to go‑live, translating customer business requirements into system configurations and ensuring that AI‑powered workflows deliver measurable, compliant value. **Expectations** - Own the full deployment lifecycle from kickoff to post‑go‑live. - Act as the primary liaison between enterprise customers and internal teams. - Ensure configurations, testing, and performance monitoring meet contractual and regulatory standards. - Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct client kick‑off meetings to scope use cases and capture business requirements. - Translate requirements into agent configurations, prompt designs, and workflow logic. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, AI, Ops) for configuration, testing, validation, and release. - Execute testing plans, validate performance metrics, and resolve edge‑case issues. - Manage go‑live rollout, monitor real‑time performance, and troubleshoot incidents. - Collect customer feedback, drive iterative improvements, and document best practices. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data‑privacy requirements. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of product or project management experience, preferably deploying AI/ML solutions. - Strong customer‑facing communication and requirement‑elicitation. - Ability to map business processes to AI workflows and prompt engineering. - Cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and product teams. - Knowledge of CI/CD, configuration management, and deployment pipelines. - Experience with performance monitoring, analytics, and A/B testing. - Problem‑solving mindset, data‑driven decision making, and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. - Master’s degree or MBA preferred. - PMP, Scrum Master, CSPO or similar product management certification advantageous but not mandatory.
