Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Product Manager **Role Summary:** Leads strategy, development, and lifecycle of multiple academic product lines to drive revenue growth and market presence. Works cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, academics, and external partners to launch and optimize online higher‑education offerings. **Expectations:** - Deliver product strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Maintain product roadmap, timelines, and budgets. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast market needs, address issues proactively, and ensure product success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute product strategy and initiatives to improve efficiencies and financial results. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Field Ops, Central Services, Instruction, Curriculum Development) for product launch and continuous improvement. - Partner with field leadership to shape sales and channel strategies, anticipating and resolving operational challenges. - Oversee external partners’ contributions and ensure accountability for deliverables. - Guide innovation and new product development, working closely with curriculum teams. - Develop national marketing communications, training forums, and website integration plans to support product adoption. - Expand products internationally where applicable and engage with industry bodies to enhance visibility. - Gather market intelligence (competitors, customers, partners) and translate insights into product positioning. - Establish and monitor service‑level agreements with professional organizations. - Manage related projects, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. **Required Skills:** - Proven product management and marketing leadership (7–10+ years). - Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and budget management. - Excellent written and verbal communication; B2C/B2B copywriting proficiency. - Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, build relationships, and influence at all levels. - Problem‑solving, data mining, and decision‑making abilities in fast‑paced environments. - Familiarity with Pragmatic Institute Framework (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). - Knowledge of adult online higher‑education market or related industry advantageous.
