**Job title**: Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end‑to‑end web applications that integrate AI‑driven automation and document processing. Works cross‑functionally with product, UX, and engineering teams to shape technical strategy and accelerate product delivery. **Expectations** - Deliver scalable, production‑ready code with a “ship‑first” mentality. - Own the full lifecycle of features from concept to release, ensuring high quality and maintainability. - Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering best practices. - Engage in product strategy, user research, and continuous experimentation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to interpret usage data and inform feature priorities. 2. Design and implement UI components using modern web frameworks (Next.js, SvelteKit, React). 3. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring secure data access and optimal performance. 4. Integrate AI models and tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) into application workflows. 5. Architect robust back‑end systems capable of scaling from prototypes to enterprise deployments. 6. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate for test‑driven and CI/CD practices. 7. Participate in user experience design, simplifying complex business automation for non‑technical customers. 8. Share knowledge via technical documentation and internal workshops. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front‑end frameworks (Next.js, SvelteKit, React). - Deep experience with REST API development, authentication/authorization, and CI/CD pipelines. - Architecture design: building from prototype to scalable, maintainable systems. - Familiarity with AI/ML integration tools and APIs. - Problem‑solving mindset, capable of shipping functional MVPs under time constraints. - Excellent communication and collaboration in cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No mandatory certifications, but experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly valued.
