Job Description
Job title: ERP Project Manager (F/M) Role Summary: Lead and coordinate ERP Sage X3 projects and integration of related business applications (Power BI, Weavy, Lascom, etc.), ensuring alignment with business needs, timely delivery, and system reliability. Expectations: Deliver projects on scope, time and budget; maintain high system performance and user satisfaction; drive continuous improvement and innovation in ERP and related applications. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end‑to‑end ERP Sage X3 projects, including planning, resource coordination, budget control, and quality assurance. - Define business requirements and technical specifications for Power BI, Weavy, Lascom and other third‑party applications. - Oversee integration of third‑party tools with Sage X3, ensuring data consistency and efficient information flows. - Provide application support and maintenance, troubleshooting issues for end users. - Communicate project progress to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, facilitating cross‑functional collaboration. - Conduct technology reviews, propose enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Proven experience managing ERP projects (Sage X3 preferred). - Strong understanding of application interfaces and integration between ERP and third‑party systems. - Competence in IT system support and maintenance. - Analytical problem‑solving skills and clear communication ability. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
