**Role Summary**
Drive digital growth and enhance online customer experience for a luxury e‑commerce brand in the U.S. market. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize site usability, execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage product merchandising, and develop CRM strategies that increase traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimize the online shopping journey: improve usability, conversion flow, and digital merchandising.
- Oversee U.S.‑tailored product copy, visuals, translations, and website audits for accuracy and consistency.
- Manage product assortments for quarterly activations; adjust merchandising based on sales trends and inventory.
- Create and track Jira tickets for front‑end, UX, and interface enhancements.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage agency relationships for digital, affiliate, and influencer programs.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and product visibility.
- Contribute to CRM strategy: segment audiences, personalize outreach, and refine campaign effectiveness using CRM data and analytics.
- Monitor e‑commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement); identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to inform future initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and objective alignment.
