Job Description
Job Title: Marketing and Events Manager Role Summary: Lead planning, execution, and promotion of high‑profile global events and the international brand, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. Expectations: Deliver complex, large‑scale events to the highest standard; maintain brand integrity; create engaging marketing content; collaborate across teams and partners; measure and report on performance. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate and oversee all phases of international events (logistics, design, scheduling, branding, sponsor engagement, content creation). - Manage the organization’s brand strategy, conduct audits, maintain creative assets, and support campaigns to extend reach. - Develop and produce marketing materials and digital content that support event and brand objectives. - Partner with colleagues, ambassadors, VIP guests, and external stakeholders worldwide to ensure cohesive delivery. - Analyze event and marketing outcomes, produce reports, and recommend improvements. Required Skills - Proven event management experience, with ability to handle complex, high‑visibility projects. - Strong brand strategy and asset management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling content. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics. - Project management, organization, and multitasking under tight deadlines. - Relationship building and stakeholder engagement. - Strategic thinking and problem‑solving in fast‑moving environments. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. - 3–5 years of progressive experience in event coordination and brand management. - Certification such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent is desirable.
