Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Business Analyst (F/M) **Role Summary:** Analyze business processes, identify financial optimization opportunities, and translate operational needs into actionable BI solutions. Serve as the liaison between finance, operational teams, and BI stakeholders to improve group performance through data-driven insights. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable performance improvements. - Translate business challenges into analytic requirements. - Define and maintain KPI sets and business rules. - Champion data literacy and data‑driven decision making across functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze processes from cost, margin, efficiency, and productivity perspectives. - Identify non‑performance areas and financial optimization levers. - Translate business objectives into analytical specifications and KPI definitions. - Collaborate with BI leads to co‑create dashboards and reporting tools. - Validate data integrity and indicator relevance with business stakeholders. - Conduct functional testing, support tool adoption, and provide user guidance. - Promote a culture of performance management through data insights. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools. - Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management. - Knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, and performance metrics. - Project management aptitude in BI initiatives. - Ability to interpret complex data sets and convey insights clearly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Master’s (BAC+5) in Financial Control, Corporate Finance, or related field. - 5+ years experience in a similar data‑analysis or business‑analysis role. - Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms are a plus.
