Understanding Solutions is the consultancy division of Understanding Recruitment Group, focusing on designing, building and executing project-driven and outcome-based services for our clients in and around the Architecture and Software Development arenas.

We partner with our clients to help solve their business and technology challenges, utilising the proven history and capability of supplying the right expertise through our Understanding Recruitment business. We’ve naturally evolved to provide solutions and services which incorporate efficiency, compliance, assurance and governance, all fully measurable and accountable.

Building on Understanding Recruitment’s ability to provide clients with the best, most agile talent options across the UK, Europe, and the US, we offer our clients innovative project-specific talent models designed to stand-up teams rapidly as needed. Our project resourcing capability, Teams as a Service offering (TaaS for short) integrates perfectly with our consulting model.

Understanding Solutions, supported by our recruitment business, can deploy full teams in under 48 hours for projects of up to 10 consultants, often even quicker. Where we are building teams beyond 10, we work to deliver in under 72-hours and all of these SLA’s are available in addition to the quality and accountability measures the consulting business provides to offer our clients truly flexible and highly scalable project delivery solutions.
