Job Description

**Job Title** Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain scalable self‑service tools and automated workflows that enable teams to ingest, manage, and leverage data. Support data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and advanced analytics to empower data‑driven decision making. **Expectations** - Collaborate with senior engineers to extend platform capabilities and reduce friction for diverse data products. - Ensure system reliability, scalability, and adaptability while delivering high‑impact projects. - Continuously improve platform usability and performance for internal partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, build, and support scalable, self‑service data ingestion and sharing tools. - Develop automated workflows for data processing and machine learning pipeline orchestration. - Optimize data processes to improve efficiency and platform usability. - Maintain platform reliability, scalability, and security across all components. - Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. **Required Skills** - Strong software engineering skills (Python, Java, or similar). - Experience building distributed data pipelines (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster). - Knowledge of ML workflow orchestration and model deployment. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and implement scalable solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certifications in cloud platforms or data engineering (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.
