**Job Title** Project Manager – Boost’r & Care **Role Summary** Deliver seamless execution of post‑sale service contracts for RusHour’s Boost’r and Care offerings, ensuring timely, on‑budget, and on‑spec delivery across sales, account management, design, and technical teams. **Expectations** - Own all stages from signature to continuous delivery of contracted services. - Maintain strict adherence to commercial promises and internal SLA commitments. - Foster open communication and resolve inter‑team conflicts proactively. - Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and scalability. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and priorities for each client account. - Track progress, validate deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Account Managers, Customer Success, Design, Tech). - Anticipate and manage risks, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders. - Manage timely follow‑ups, adjustments, and prioritization to meet delivery commitments. - Identify recurring friction points, document best practices, and standardize procedures. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in operational project management within SaaS, agency, consultancy or multi‑client environments. - Strong organizational and prioritisation abilities. - Excellent inter‑team coordination and communication (written and oral) in French. - Ability to foresee problems, handle escalations, and maintain detailed rigor. - Experience in fast‑growth settings and appetite for continuous process optimization. - Domain knowledge in SaaS, foodtech, or delivery‑oriented environments is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
