**Job Title:**
FP&A Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Data‑driven analyst reporting to the CFO, responsible for delivering financial insights, building advanced forecasting models, and supporting strategic initiatives such as pricing, capital allocation, fundraising, M&A, and international expansion.
**Expectations:**
- Proven experience in FP&A, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role.
- Strong quantitative, problem‑solving, and data‑analysis capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Proactive ownership and comfort working in a fast‑growth, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct deep financial and operational analysis; identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Automate recurring FP&A tasks (data consolidation, reporting, forecasting) using Excel macros, Power Query, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Develop rolling forecasts, budgets, and dynamic reporting tools; produce monthly performance packs for the Board with commercial commentary.
- Partner with Go‑to‑Market teams on pricing strategy and deal‑level financial analysis.
- Support technology teams in ROI analysis of product investments.
- Assist capital allocation decisions, including fundraising, M&A, and international expansion initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced financial modeling and expert Excel proficiency.
- Experience with BI/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) – a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle ambiguous problems.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior‑level audiences.
- Ability to design and implement process automation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
