**Job title** Chef de Projet Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation (Project Manager HVAC) **Role Summary** Lead and deliver end‑to‑end HVAC projects for high‑technological buildings and infrastructures. Act as the sole client liaison, ensuring design solutions meet technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. **Expectations** - Manage full project lifecycle from requirement capture to operation acceptance. - Maintain continuous communication with client and internal stakeholders. - Deliver compliant design documents and oversee technical completion on site. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse client needs, site constraints, and existing systems to define project scope. - Produce and validate preliminary design (APS), detailed design (APD), and technical specifications (DCE) in line with contractual and regulatory standards. - Present and defend design solutions to the Master of Work. - Organise and control the tender process, selecting and supervising contractor bids. - Conduct site monitoring of contracted works, ensuring adherence to design and quality. - Manage technical acceptance stages and coordinate reservation resolutions. **Required Skills** - Project management in HVAC, with a proven ability to deliver on time and within scope. - Strong knowledge of HVAC design standards, system regulation, and thermodynamics. - Familiarity with French building regulations (construction code, ERP, and labor code). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CAD and HVAC design software. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HVAC, Fluid Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 8 years experience in a technical design office, with at least 5 years in a project‑management role. - Valid certifications in HVAC system design or project management are highly desirable.
