**Job Title** Regional Account Executive **Role Summary** Own and grow a high‑volume B2B sales portfolio in commercial real estate/media. Drive event sponsorship sales, build and coach a sales team, and manage full sales cycles with a focus on KPIs and revenue targets. **Expactations** - 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience (CRE or advertising). - Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales quotas. - Strong entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment. - Capacity to lead, mentor, and develop junior sales staff toward a director pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** - Establish and maintain relationships with marketing execs across all asset classes. - Source, secure, and manage sponsorships for CRE conferences. - Collaborate with event production to create sponsor‑friendly programs. - Brainstorm topic ideas aligned with industry trends. - Track daily activities in Salesforce and meet daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals. - Partner with sales team to accelerate pipelines and expand target accounts. - Attend and emcee market events; represent the brand positively. - Resolve client concerns and explore new strategic partners. - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle while ensuring partner satisfaction and company metrics. **Required Skills** - B2B outside sales, prospecting, negotiation, and closing. - CRM proficiency (Salesforce). - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling. - Leadership and coaching abilities. - Analytical mindset; ability to use data to improve performance. - Adaptability to high‑energy, changing environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Relevant sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) preferred.
