Job Description
Job title: AWS Expert (F/M) Role Summary: Senior cloud specialist responsible for planning, deploying, and maintaining AWS infrastructure within an aeronautics environment. Works closely with IT architecture and operations teams to deliver projects, ensure standards compliance, and support day‑to‑day system operation. Expectations: - Deliver AWS cloud projects on schedule, within scope and quality. - Translate business requirements into technical cloud solutions. - Maintain operational excellence and security posture of the AWS environment. - Provide expert guidance on cloud best practices and governance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement new AWS services and architectures. - Manage the full lifecycle of AWS resources (provisioning, configuration, monitoring, patching). - Lead deployment and migration activities for cloud projects. - Enforce SAFRAN and SAO IT standards (ITRB, MSR, etc.). - Document architecture, policies, and procedures. - Diagnose and resolve incidents, collaborating with users, integrators, and vendors. - Optimize resource usage and cost efficiency. - Support ad‑hoc operational requests from business units. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of IT project management and system administration experience, preferably in industrial/engineering context. - Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, CloudWatch, etc.). - Experience administering on‑prem infrastructure and integrating hybrid environments. - Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). - Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices for cloud platforms. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bac +5 (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT, computer science, or related field. - AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or equivalent). - Continuous learning in cloud technologies and industry standards is mandatory.

Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end architecture guidance, from process optimisation to system integration, and act as a catalyst for digital transformation and decision‑making across business and IT domains.
