Job Title: Social Content Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of original, tone‑aligned content for the CEO across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Substack. Develop and implement a brand strategy that amplifies the CEO’s visibility, engages audiences, and supports company initiatives.

- Deliver high‑quality visual and written content end‑to‑end (concept, design, filming, editing, publishing).
- Showcase a strong, consistent voice that blends humor with intelligence.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and measurable impact through insightful analysis and agile content pivots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a comprehensive content and brand strategy across all relevant platforms.
- Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish photo, video, reels, carousels, and captions.
- Design compelling visuals with a fresh, premium aesthetic.
- Write sharp copy reflecting the CEO’s voice, balancing humor and nuance.
- Build and execute distribution strategies to maximize reach and influence.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content for growth.
- Edit and publish natively in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; use in‑app scheduling and analytics tools.
- Monitor cultural conversations, social trends, and platform updates to create timely, original content.
- Manage community interactions (comments, DMs, mentions) to foster authentic engagement.
- Capture real‑time moments at events, media appearances, and behind‑the‑scenes.
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging.
- Support CEO‑led initiatives and interviews with platform‑first content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the CEO’s brand and the broader company identity.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years in social content creation, personal branding, or media leadership.
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; Substack/newsletter experience a plus.
- Expert level in visual storytelling, design, shooting, and post‑production.
- Strong writing skills with ability to capture voice, humor, and nuance.
- Deep understanding of social marketing, engagement metrics, and growth tactics.
- Highly organized, intelligent, and trustworthy in fast‑moving environments.
- Cultural fluency, quick wit, and strong sense of humor.
- Proven ability to work independently without templates or shortcuts.
Required Education & Certifications:
