Job Description
**Job Title** IT Key Account Sales Engineer (H/F) **Role Summary** Drive sales of IT software, hardware, and services to large multinational accounts. Develop and execute account strategies, maintain client relationships, and secure new opportunities across deployment, infrastructure, datacenter, mobility, and cloud solutions. **Expectations** - Expand and manage a portfolio of major accounts. - Deliver measurable revenue growth and market share in the IT sector. - Build long‑term client partnerships and act as a trusted advisor on technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct account analyses, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans. - Prospect new accounts, uncover customer needs, and qualify opportunities. - Design tailored proposals, respond to RFPs, and present solutions to C‑level stakeholders. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with DSI, procurement, and business leaders. - Coordinate with partners, OEMs, and software publishers to align solutions. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM systems. - Foster customer satisfaction, upsell, and renewal opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience in IT (hardware, software, services). - Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, datacenter, mobility, and deployment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Ability to build relationships with senior decision makers. - Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in IT, Business, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
