Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Role Summary:
Six‑month contract role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in Digital, Data, AI, and Technology domains. Works closely with senior talent partners, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand workforce needs and develop proactive talent pipelines using market insights and recruitment technology.
Expactations:
- Deliver end‑to‑end technical recruiting for roles in Data, AI, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, Cloud, and related fields.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across emerging technologies.
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to leadership.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define workforce planning and candidate specifications.
- Proactively source, engage, and pipeline high‑caliber candidates via direct outreach, networking, referrals, market mapping, and digital sourcing strategies.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles: intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Leverage employer branding, social media, and digital recruitment campaigns to attract talent.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear, transparent communication.
- Capture and analyze recruitment metrics; deliver reports to evaluate sourcing performance.
- Stay current on hiring trends, tools, and best practices in technical talent acquisition.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on technical/digital talent.
- Proven success recruiting for Data, AI, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, Cloud, and related technology roles.
- Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and other digital recruiting platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and emerging technologies.
- Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence.
- Excellent organization and time‑management; ability to handle multiple searches concurrently.
- High professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate‑centric focus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
