Job title: Associate Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA
Role Summary:
Provide proactive, hands‑on HR support to EMEA regional managers, serving as the first contact for employees and managers. Partner with local leadership to implement people strategy, champion culture, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Expectations:
- 3–5 years of HR generalist or advisory experience within a multinational or shared services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of EMEA labor legislation, particularly UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany, and France.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Self‑driven, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.
- Manage employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances; support resolution of performance, disciplinary, and conflict issues.
- Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, and off‑boarding.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to support recruitment and selection for service‑center roles.
- Implement performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
- Identify training needs and support learning & development initiatives.
- Partner with Global HRBPs to translate business priorities into people initiatives.
- Lead HR projects focused on engagement, culture, and retention.
- Analyze local workforce metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement surveys) and present data‑driven insights to leadership.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of EMEA labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- High level of empathy, discretion, and confidentiality handling.
- Independent work ethic with strong multi‑tasking ability.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel advanced).
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
