Job Description
Job title: IAM Operations Engineer II Role Summary: Perform day‑to‑day operations and project delivery for the EMEA Identity & Access Management team. Maintain Microsoft identity services (Active Directory, Entra ID, M365), administer privileged access management (PAM) platforms, and develop automation via PowerShell to support joiner‑mover‑leaver lifecycle and continuous improvement of identity security and governance. Expectations: • Deliver reliable identity and privileged access services for a global user base. • Collaborate with US, APAC and Infrastructure teams on incidents, projects, and roadmap initiatives. • Maintain compliance, audit readiness and access governance across all systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID and M365 identity services. 2. Manage and enhance the firm’s PAM platform (Delinea; experience with CyberArk or BeyondTrust is acceptable). 3. Configure and monitor PIM, Conditional Access, and MFA policies within Entra ID. 4. Write, test and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting and diagnostics. 5. Respond to and resolve IAM and PAM incidents, coordinating with global teams. 6. Ensure all identity and access controls meet internal compliance and audit requirements. 7. Contribute to EMEA roadmap planning and platform improvement initiatives. Required Skills: • Proficient Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID administration. • Experience with PAM solutions (Delinea, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust). • Strong knowledge of M365, Intune, PIM, MFA, and Conditional Access. • PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with identity security principles, entitlement management and audit processes. • Ability to work effectively in a large, global professional services environment. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent. • PAM‑specific certifications (e.g., CyberArk Certified Security Analyst) are a plus.
