Créée en 2010, ARKADIA Group est une société d’ingénierie et de services indépendante à taille humaine d’environ 300 personnes dédiée aux filières Énergétique, et Aéronautique/Transport en France et à l’international. ARKADIA développe une expertise pointue et reconnue dans le cadre de grands projets industriels de la phase de conception jusqu’à la réalisation et mise en service. Basée sur une cohérence « métiers et secteurs d’activités », notre stratégie est d’apporter un accompagnement adapté aux fonctionnements et aux contraintes de chaque client et de chaque projet. Job Description

**Job Title** PMO – Change Management **Role Summary** Support project leaders in planning and executing change initiatives across industrial projects. Manage logistics for steering committees, develop change strategies, facilitate training, coordinate communications, and monitor change adoption. **Expectations** - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (Bac+5). - Significant experience in project management and change management, preferably in industry. - Strong communication skills in French; English is a plus. - Proficiency with information systems, organizational tools, and digital collaboration platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Define change management strategy: assess impacts, stakeholders, and drivers. - Design communication plans, engagement tactics, training schedules, and measurement frameworks. - Organize and lead training sessions, key‑person coaching, and mobilization workshops. - Produce branded communication assets and coordinate with corporate communications. - Establish and track indicators, manage the change action plan against stakeholders, and develop a change adoption thermometer. - Partner with project leads to coordinate and advocate change efforts across business units and partners. **Required Skills** - Project planning and execution. - Change management methodology (phases, tools, stakeholder analysis). - Instructional design and facilitation of collective intelligence workshops. - Communication design, content creation, and brand consistency. - Data monitoring, KPI development, and reporting. - Autonomy, strong organizational ability, teamwork, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity. - IT skills and familiarity with enterprise information systems. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering, or related discipline. - Professional certification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., Prosci, PMI, Prince2) is an advantage.
