Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Project Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow platform implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. Drive project planning, governance, and delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies while ensuring technical excellence and stakeholder alignment. Expectations: - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Act as technical liaison, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards. - Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define project scope, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies. - Lead Agile (Scrum/SAFe) or hybrid delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and metrics tracking. - Oversee architecture, data model, integrations, security, and performance; review designs, configurations, and scripts. - Manage vendor and system integrator relationships, ensuring contractual obligations and quality deliverables. - Provide executive status reporting, risk management, change control, and compliance oversight. - Support CAB, release management, and production cutover activities. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager on ServiceNow projects. - Hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change); ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping); ITBM/SpM; HRSD/CSM (preferred). - Deep understanding of CMDB & CSDM, integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), and scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts). - Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow Agile modules. - Strong risk, dependency, and vendor management capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder communication, governance, and change management skills. Required Education & Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM). - PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agilist (preferred). - ITIL v4 certification (preferred).

Job Description
Job title: Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Developer Role Summary: Developer responsible for designing, configuring, and extending Siemens OpCenter (Camstar) solutions for semi‑electronics manufacturing. Works with Designer, Portal Studio, and Connect MOM to implement front‑end and back‑end functionality, integrate with SAP PLM and machine‑level systems, and deliver robust, tested applications. Expectations: Deliver fully configured portal modules that meet functional specifications, ensure seamless integration with SAP PLM and manufacturing equipment, maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, support deployment and go‑live activities, and provide clear technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement portal configurations using Siemens Designer, Portal Studio, and Connect MOM. - Develop front‑end and back‑end components in Visual Studio, leveraging REST APIs and OData services. - Create and maintain SQL stored procedures, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Perform unit, functional, and integration testing; manage test case documentation. - Coordinate enterprise application integration with SAP PLM and machine interfaces. - Execute deployment plans, UAT, and go‑live support; troubleshoot post‑deployment issues. - Draft technical documentation, API specifications, and test case records.
