Job Title: Transit System Project Manager Role Summary: Oversees operational execution of commercial electrical construction projects within a transit organization, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Expectations: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and client requirements; maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide accurate progress reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project construction schedules (MS Project/Primavera). - Prepare and submit cost estimates, bills of material, and change orders. - Conduct field take‑offs and constructability reviews. - Coordinate daily project activities, meetings, and progress updates. - Monitor job costs versus budget, produce weekly/monthly progress and billing reports. - Serve as main contact for project personnel, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Review and ensure accuracy of project documentation (specs, proposals, blueprints). - Manage scope, risks, and change management processes. - Report status to senior management and address outstanding items.
