Job Description
**Job title:** Lead Cost Engineer **Role Summary:** Execute and oversee all cost engineering functions for a large‑scale construction project. Lead a team of cost engineers, provide accurate cost forecasts and reporting, and ensure alignment of cost with schedule and risk management to support strategic decision‑making. **Expektations:** - Demonstrate 10+ years of cost engineering experience on mega construction projects. - Lead and mentor a cost‑engineering team, fostering accuracy and consistency. - Utilize SAP and Omega 365 (PIMS) for comprehensive cost data management. - Deliver dashboards, earned‑value reports, and trend analyses to stakeholders. - Collaborate with planning, scheduling, procurement, and risk teams. - Present cost performance and forecasts in stakeholder meetings. - Support Project Controls Manager on workload planning and strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead team of cost engineers; enforce accurate reporting standards. - Develop, maintain, and present project cost dashboards, reports, and earned‑value metrics. - Control project budget; manage change requests and impact analysis. - Align cost structures with schedule by collaborating with planning/scheduling teams. - Prepare corporate and project‑specific cost reports using SAP and Omega 365. - Integrate estimates, schedules, and risk analysis into cost forecasts. - Aggregate and validate cost data from contractors, vendors, and procurement. - Conduct proactive cost assessments, trend analysis, and risk identification. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings on cost performance and forecasting. - Assist the Project Controls Manager with workload planning and strategic projects. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in SAP and cost‑management tools (Omega 365, PIMS). - Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. - Expertise in cost forecasting, earned‑value management, and risk integration. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. - Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, priority‑shifting environments. - Familiarity with Acumen Fuse or comparable risk‑management software. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of proven cost engineering experience on mega projects. - PMI or AACE accreditation preferred.

**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant II **Role Summary:** Provides comprehensive executive and operational support to the Operations Manager and regional leadership team, coordinating calendars, travel, meetings, communication channels, office facilities, budget tracking, technical system access, learning administration, and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites. **Expectations:** - Deliver proactive, organized, and confidential assistance in a fast‑paced regional environment. - Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrate initiative, problem‑solving, and decision‑making while maintaining high attention to detail. - Support virtual collaboration for a geographically dispersed team while managing onsite operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage calendars, travel, expenses, and vacation schedules for senior leaders. - Coordinate internal and external meetings: invites, agendas, presentations, minutes, logistics, and follow‑ups. - Serve as primary liaison for office operations, including reception, mail, contractors, supplies, building maintenance, and service tickets. - Oversee communication tools (SharePoint/Teams), distribution lists, phone directories, and share information with regional staff. - Create and rotate Duty Manager and Supervisor schedules; consolidate and distribute operational materials. - Assist with SAP entries, SRO tracking, invoice processing, and expense submissions. - Process system access requests (SailPoint), provide Power BI reporting, resolve server/equipment issues, and general clerical tasks. - Act as Workday Learning Administrator: edit offerings, extract reports, update ILT completions, and support onboarding. - Manage quarterly spend updates, project submissions, media announcements, and community investment communications. - Contribute to internal committees, projects, and additional assignments. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in SAP, Workday, SailPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Office Suite. - Advanced calendar and travel coordination. - Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration. - High organizational and time‑management capability; independent prioritization. - Detail‑oriented documentation and reporting. - Critical thinking and decision‑making. - Discretion with sensitive information. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary education in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or comparable role.
