**Job Title:** Programme Manager – Electronics
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑phase hardware development programme for premium consumer devices. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts through prototyping, testing, tooling, launch, and post‑launch support while maintaining programme governance, KPIs, and compliance.
**Expections:**
- Deliver the programme on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and regulatory standards.
- Maintain clear, real‑time visibility of programme status and risks.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, design, manufacturing, and external partners.
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and stakeholder communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, update, and monitor the integrated project plan across all development phases.
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and external suppliers for design, engineering, manufacturing, and compliance.
- Maintain programme artefacts (timelines, RACI matrices, risk logs, progress trackers).
- Run programme governance: bi‑weekly sprint meetings, monthly stakeholder reviews, KPI tracking for cost, quality, and delivery.
- Support prototype builds, testing cycles, tooling, production validation, and certification activities.
- Manage logistics, alignment, and issue resolution across the development cycle.
- Track post‑launch performance, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- 4‑6 years of programme/project management in consumer hardware, appliances, electronics, or similar engineering environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, external partners, and manufacturing suppliers.
- Knowledge of compliance, testing, and product engineering processes.
- Strong organisational, planning, and multi‑workstream management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency in KPI analysis and progress reporting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business, or related discipline.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent) preferred.
