Job Description

**Job Title**: Product Compliance Engineer **Role Summary**: Ensures product compliance and technical validation for Prescom products, collaborating with internal and external clients. Responsibilities include test planning, product documentation, and supporting product certifications. **Expectations**: Technical product analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous validation of specifications and compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - Analyze client needs and contribute to product specification definitions. - Develop and execute test plans and test documentation. - Track and resolve software/hardware bugs. - Author product documentation, training materials, and compliance reports. - Conduct product certifications and audits. - Maintain Level 2 equipment support for Prescom systems. - Transfer technical knowledge to internal teams and clients. - Collaborate on Windows/Linux environments and network analysis (Wireshark). **Required Skills**: - Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, virtualization, and network troubleshooting. - Knowledge of radio systems (TETRA/TETRAPOL) or telecommunications. - Experience with product validation, compliance frameworks, and test methodologies. - Strong documentation and technical writing skills. - Familiarity with Scrum and project management methodologies. - Effective collaboration and cross-functional communication. - Advanced English proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or computer science with 5+ years of technical experience. - Demonstrated experience in product compliance/quality assurance. - Eligibility for national security clearance (defense/interior ministry).
